Heath Steel supplied and erected the 15,000 square foot building including 20 offices, control rooms, training room, conference center, warehouse, tornado shelter and shop with an overhead crane door and crane. This project was finished on budget and schedule despite challenges including an accelerated schedule to meet owner timelines, lost days due to inclement weather and access issues to the remote location in northwestern Weld County.
